Giving Wellness at Work

An ongoing employee wellness program that combines daily digital accountability with regular, facilitator-led team meetings. Available in 3, 6, or 12-month commitments, with a minimum of 20 participating employees.

A Wellness Program That Goes Beyond a One-Time Event

Giving Wellness at Work is an ongoing employee wellness program that combines daily digital accountability with regular, facilitator-led team meetings. Unlike a one-time workshop or short-term challenge, this program provides continuous support to help employees turn wellness information into lasting behavior change.

Employees get access to the Giving Wellness app, where they can track simple, sustainable habits, access daily education and guidance, earn points, participate in leaderboards, and stay engaged with their team. The digital experience is reinforced through 30-45-minute weekly or biweekly meetings featuring practical wellness topics, facilitated group discussions, shared wellness wins, and actionable strategies employees can use in everyday life.

Meetings can be held live or recorded for flexibility, and may take place at your workplace or at Giving Wellness. Programs are available in 3, 6, or 12-month commitments, with a minimum of 20 participating employees.
